Not at all. This program is designed for all levels, especially if you're just getting started or dealing with pain or stiffness. Every exercise includes modifications or can be changed so you can meet your body where it is and progress safely.
I always try to work with what you have, however having a foam roller, a 3-5" ball (like a tennis, lacrosse, dog ball or softball) and/or resistance bands or cable would be very helpful to get the most out of the program.
