Kinetic Balance Fitness provides strength training workouts with your goals, body, medical history, and experiences in mind.

No Equipment Needed

On the go, limited space or equipment? Strength building workouts are quick and effective and can be built with no equipment necessary.

Gym

If you have access to a gym, routines will be designed around the equipment and your time available.

Weight Training

Free weights rank high in tools to build strength. They can be space efficient and help you progress towards your goals.

Exercise Bands

Inexpensive and easy to carry, exercise bands can be ideal for travel and for quick workouts around the house.

Virtual Gym

You will get a personalized warm-up based on your medical history, goals and experience! You get access to 150+ different cardio and strength following along YouTube videos, nutrition tips and recipes! Workout videos range from 20 min up to 50 min so there is something for everyone! We will also help you track your workouts with our accountability spreadsheets, provide monthly check ins and reassessments to help you stay on track!

Custom Programs

Our personalized 6 week strength programs start at $79/program. Programs are built based on your experience, goals, medical history and equipment availability. YouTube videos provide easy to follow instructions and guidance on form. Your progression is tracked with spreadsheets and weekly check-ins help you stay accountable! Ensure your program is working for you so you get the most out of your workout every time!

Personal Training

We work together online throughout your workout in the time you have available. Personalized warm-ups, exercises and supervision help you ensure proper form and continuous progression. Each session is based on your needs and provides the accountability. you need to reach your goals. Share your time with a friend or spouse to add to the fun!
